Differentiating work to meet the individual needs of pupils Assisting the class teacher in assessing student levels and abilities Upholding the school's ethos, values, and policies at all times✏️ Supporting students in completing work set by the class teacher
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience working in specialist schools or similar settings✅ Background in support work within schools or child-related environments✅ Strong behaviour management skills, with confidence in handling challenging behaviour✅ Comfortable working 1:1 and with small groups✅ A friendly, enthusiastic, yet firm approach✅ An Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service or willing to apply for one
