Job Title: Car Panel Beater Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Car Panel Beater to join our Accident Repair Centre team. As a Car Panel Beater, you will be responsible for meticulously repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition, ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Thoroughly inspect vehicles to comprehensively assess the extent of damage.Effectively repair or replace damaged panels, frames, and other structural components.Utilise body filler and other materials to meticulously repair minor dents and scratches.Remove and replace damaged mechanical and electrical components as necessary.Align frames and chassis to adhere strictly to manufacturer specifications.Prepare repaired vehicles for meticulous painting.Ensure that all work is meticulously completed to an exceptional standard and in accordance with manufacturer specifications.Maintain a clean and organised work environment.Regularly maintain and service equipment and tools. Requirements: Proven experience as a Car Panel Beater in an Accident Repair Centre or a similar environment.Proficiency in vehicle repair techniques and processes.Proficiency in utilising a diverse range of hand and power tools.Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to consistently work to a high standard.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.Familiarity with welding equipment and techniques.Adaptability to fast-paced environments and adherence to tight deadlines.Valid driving license.
