Girls' PE Teacher Location: Northampton Start Date: September 2025 Contract: Full-Time | Permanent Salary: MPS/UPS (Dependent on experience) Are you a dynamic and enthusiastic PE teacher with a passion for girls' physical education and wellbeing? We are working closely with several thriving secondary schools in Northampton that are seeking dedicated Girls' PE Teachers to join their departments from September 2025. These schools place a strong emphasis on physical health, student participation, and developing leadership and teamwork skills through sport. About the Role: This is a full-time, permanent teaching position with the opportunity to deliver high-quality Physical Education across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Some schools may also offer KS5 for experienced applicants. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering engaging, inclusive, and challenging PE lessons across a range of sports and activities Promoting lifelong participation in sport and healthy lifestyles among female students Organising and leading extracurricular clubs, fixtures, and sports events Working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the PE curriculum and enrichment offer Supporting and encouraging students of all ability levels, including those with SEND or less confidence in physical activity Playing a key role in whole-school wellbeing, teamwork, and leadership development initiatives What We're Looking For: Applications are welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced practitioners.
