Job DescriptionAnd now, we’re looking for a Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner to help shape what comes next for our Sweets division.This is a high-impact role, where finance meets strategy and collaboration is key. You’ll work closely with commercial, sales, marketing and brand teams – getting under the skin of customer performance, market dynamics and margin opportunities, and turning insight into action.This role can be home-based, with some travel to sites and key meetings as needed – ideal for someone who thrives on flexibility but enjoys being close to the brands and people they support.You’ll be:Leading on commercial insight and pricing strategyBusiness partnering across sales and brand functionsSupporting big-name customer relationships and decision-makingBringing fresh thinking to how we grow profitably and sustainablyManaging and developing two finance team members
