Sacco Mann are working on a fantastic new role based in Leeds City Centre for a Commercial Property Chartered Legal Executive to join its highly regarded Property Finance team who have recently expanded. The Role You will be working on a caseload of property finance work from lenders including reward finance and land care matters. Key Responsibilities Advising on secured lending against commercial and residential property. Acting for and advising lender clients. Ensuring that title, leases, planning, and environmental risks are suitable for lending. Drafting and negotiating legal charges, facility agreements, and security documents. About You Qualified Chartered Legal Executive with a background in either Commercial Property or Residential Conveyancing. Previous experience within Property Finance is preferred. Strong understanding of commercial property law. Experience coordinating with developers, lenders, surveyors, planning consultants and internal teams. Strong attention to detail.
