Think autism support, emotional regulation, sensory needs, and a whole lot of 1:1 encouragement.What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting students with ASD, SEMH or PMLD across the school day Helping out with interventions and small group work Being that consistent, calm adult they know they can rely on Working alongside teaching and support staff to create a positive, structured environment What We’re Looking For: A Psychology degree (or relevant field) A calm, flexible approach.
