Monitor and manage waste sorting and recycling operations, adhering to environmental compliance and safety standards. Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance tasks on equipment to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. RequirementsOur essential requirements. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
