This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or individuals with experience working with young people to gain hands-on experience in the classroom.The Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Deliver pre-set lessons and supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher Manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils remain engaged with the work provided Provide support to students as needed and liaise with teaching staff Report back to staff on behaviour and progress We’re Looking For: Strong communication and behaviour management skills Confidence working with secondary-aged students (11–16) Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude Experience working in schools or with young people is desirable but not essential A degree or Level 3 qualification is advantageous, but not required Benefits of Working with Teaching Personnel: Competitive daily rates, paid weekly via PAYE Flexibility to work around your availability and preferred locations Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant Opportunities for training and development, including CPD courses and behaviour management workshops Ideal preparation for those considering a career in teaching All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
