Job DescriptionShift 3 on, 3 off 7pm-7am We are seeking a diligent and skilled Machine Minder to join our dynamic production team. As a Machine Minder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our production lines. This position involves maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting machinery to ensure optimal performance and product quality.Duties involved:Demonstrate an ability to identify problems, solve and action on an hourly basisAccountable for delivery of the Process KPI’s from the packing including Health & Safety, Food Safety, Quality, Cost & waste on a shifty basisResponsible for line/shift specific consumer complaintsConduct audits to identify areas of improvement to monitor employee performance and area housekeepingRecognise unsafe conditions/behaviours and action accordinglyUnderstand process parameters and how they impact KPI performanceDrive and improve housekeeping standards and adherence to GMP within responsible areaUnderstand fault report system and proper use of systemAbility to identify tags and update the tag registers for responsible areaGive appropriate feedback to staff operating in the processing area
