We are looking for a Registered Manager (Registered with OFSTED) for this "goog" rated Fostering service in the East Midlands. This is a full time position that has hybrid working, 3 days in the office. You must have a Diploma/Degree in Social Work and the right to work in the UK (no VISA sponsorship) About the teamThis organisation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of Children and their families and work with a therapeutic approach. They are very creative with their work and have multiple Children's services. About youThe successful candidate will have significant experience within Fostering teams, to senior management levels, post qualification whilst having an up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation. You will need have a level 4 or level 5 in leadership & management qualification as well as experience of bugdet management.
