Associate and Senior Associate - Commercial Property - Bishop's Stortford with hybrid working Client A top tier regional full-service law firm who pride themselves on exceptional client service Associate Role Assisting experienced lawyers with complex cases. With appropriate supervision, providing clients with high quality and proactive legal advice that meets their needs. Managing file, drafting contracts, checking titles, preparing initial reports to clients on initial paperwork and documentation. Senior Associate Role Advising clients on a wide range of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and developments Providing strategic advice to clients in sectors such as retail, hospitality, real estate development, and corporate. Managing your own caseload, handling large-scale and complex transactions for a diverse client base.
