Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist - Older Adult Community Hub (Liverpool & Kirkby)Location: LiverpoolTrust: Mersey Care NHS Foundation TrustDates: 1st Septemberst October 2025Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (Full-time or part-time considered)Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist to join the Older Adult Community Hub in Liverpool and Kirkby on a short-term assignment this September.About the Role:
Based at Leigh Moss Hospital, within a supportive community mental health team
Providing speech and language therapy to older adult service users across Liverpool and Kirkby
Standard weekday hours (9am-5pm), with some flexibility for weekend work if required
Both full-time and part-time applicants will be considered
Requirements:
HCPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist
Dysphagia training and experience is preferred
Applicants with strong communication support experience will also be considered
Shift Pattern:
Week commencing 01/09: Monday to Thursday (4 shifts)
Week commencing 08/09: Monday to Friday (5 shifts)
Week commencing 15/09: Monday to Friday (5 shifts)
Week commencing 22/09: Monday to Friday (5 shifts)
Week commencing 29/09: Monday to Wednesday (3 shifts)
