Enfranchisement Solicitor/Legal Executive – Central Birmingham Our client is very well known for its large property team in the West Midlands and it is now seeking an Enfranchisement Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its specialist leasehold team, focusing on enfranchisement and leasehold residential property matters.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the team’s growth while handling a varied and challenging caseload.Key Responsibilities:Managing a caseload of voluntary and volume lease extensions, including: Collective enfranchisement and lease extensions (LRHUDA 1993)Enfranchisement and lease extensions under the LRA 1967 Supporting the residential property team with complex transactions, including: Deeds of variationLease advisory workLicences to assign Marketing and business development, including writing articles on leasehold reforms.Attending training and networking events on leasehold enfranchisement.Building and maintaining professional relationships with enfranchisement valuers.Meeting agreed fee income targets.About You:You will have: At least five years' PQE in enfranchisement law, with strong technical expertiseProven ability to market and promote within this specialist areaA proactive approach to building client relationships and growing the practiceStrong organisational and process-driven skills Rewards & Benefits:In return...
