We're hiring a Solutions Engineer to support our go-to-market efforts by bridging the gap between technical product capabilities and customer needs. You'll work alongside Account Executives to run tailored demos, shape client solutions, and guide prospects through the technical evaluation process for our observability platform. This is a key role in a fast-growing company, suited to someone who enjoys both hands-on technical work and direct customer interaction. Key Responsibilities: Partner with sales to identify customer pain points and map them to our observability toolingDeliver engaging, tailored product demos that address specific technical use casesGuide prospects through POCs, onboarding, and integration planningServe as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycleTranslate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and engineeringStay up to date with the latest trends in observability, DevOps, and cloud infrastructureSupport documentation, FAQs, and reusable demo environments What You Need: Experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Pre-Sales Consultant role in a SaaS or DevOps-related environmentSolid understanding of observability tooling (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk, etc.) and cloud-native ecosystems (AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD)Ability to run hands-on demos and POCs with technical buyers (DevOps, SREs, engineers)Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersStrong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindsetSelf-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment Whats on Offer: Competitive base salary plus bonusRemote-first workingEquity options and performance-based rewardsDirect access to leadership, influence on product roadmapA chance to work with cutting-edge observability tools and a highly engaged customer basePersonal development budget and training opportunities
