Our client is a well-established chartered accountancy practice based in Sandwich. They are seeking an experienced Semi Senior to join their team. The successful candidate will ideally be studying the AAT, or be AAT qualified with a minimum of 1-3 years experience in practice, or qualified by experience.Within this position, the successful candidate will be given a great opportunity to develop their technical ability, and career while working with a supportive team around them. Our client services a range of local owner managed businesses from sole traders, through to Ltd companies and partnerships.Responsibilities:Preparation of statutory accountsPreparation of, or support with management accounts for a variety of clientsPreparation of corporate tax and personal tax computationsPreparation of VAT returnsGeneral bookkeeping using cloud software- Xero, QuickBooks, Sage etc.Supporting the directors with ad-hoc advisory workRequirementsSemi Senior Accountant SandwichYou will be AAT qualified or part qualified, or qualified by experienceYou will have a minimum of 1-3 years experience within practiceExperience of cloud software such as Xero, Sage or QuickBooks would be advantageousBenefitsSemi Senior Accountant Sandwich£25,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
