Un-capped commission £200k Billings = £74,500 Total Salary (£25,000 base) Industry-leading commission structure. 25% for juniors and 30% seniors from day one. 50% on all billings > 500k. Average deal size £20000-25,000 per placement with experienced consultants making multiple deals per month. What will you be doing? 360 recruitment role responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process Being part of a team as we grow and impact the culture of the company Earning Industry Leading Salaries and Commissions through hitting personal targets Building and Developing relationships with New and Existing Global Clients across a wide variety of industries Creating Talent Pools and Shortlists of Candidates to introduce to your generated vacancies Managing and Influencing your Pipeline through interview and client management techniques What are we looking for?
