 Job Title: Conveyancer / Conveyancing SolicitorLocation: Sidcup, Kent (Hybrid: 2 days in the office, 3 days at home per week)Hexagon Professional Search is partnering with a reputable law firm in Sidcup, Kent, to find a motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor. This firm is well-regarded for its professional and client-focused approach, providing comprehensive conveyancing services.Role Description:We are seeking a dedicated Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor to join our client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will manage residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all clients. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.Key Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.Draft and proofread legal documents and correspondence.Conduct searches and complete necessary documentation.Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other third parties to ensure seamless communication and transaction flow.Maintain and update client files and records accurately and efficiently.Provide administrative support to the conveyancing team, including diary management and scheduling appointments.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential conveyancing.Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and relevant legal requirements.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Opportunity for professional growth and development.Supportive and collaborative working environment.Hybrid working arrangement: 2 days in the office and 3 days at home per week.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced conveyancer with a passion for residential property law to join a dynamic and supportive team.
