The candidate has the flexibility to work via the Milan office or for ambitious candidates the company will bear full relocation expenses to bring you to the London office. Work type: Hybrid Who can apply: ideal for Italian-qualified professionals (Avvocato or Dottore Commercialista) with at least 4+ years of practical experience in Italian tax law. You should bring strong technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and fluency in English, with a passion for advising HNWIs on complex cross-border tax and succession planning matters. General Responsibilities Provide practical, commercial advice to international clients on Italian tax structuring and cross-border planningApply deep knowledge of Italian tax law to high-value, complex mattersManage a substantial and varied caseload efficiently and cost-effectively with appropriate supervisionBuild strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and intermediariesDraft and review complex legal documents with minimal supervisionConduct in-depth legal research and provide accurate, actionable recommendationsMentor and supervise junior team members where appropriateActively participate in marketing initiatives, client presentations, and seminarsContribute to internal knowledge-sharing and best practice developmentEnsure compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations (including SRA Standards and Principles) Qualifications Italian qualified (Avvocato or Dottore Commercialista) with a minimum of 4+ years experience in Italian tax lawFluency in written and spoken EnglishExperience in Italian private client tax matters is highly advantageousSTEP qualification preferred but not essentialStrong problem-solving ability with commercial awarenessHighly detail-oriented with exceptional drafting and analytical skillsA proactive, self-motivated team player able to manage multiple prioritiesStrong client relationship and communication skillsWillingness to go the extra mile in delivering service excellenceStrong IT literacy, including MS Office (Excel and Word) Note: We adhere to strict data protection policies to ensure that your information is secure and only shared with potential employers with your explicit consent to ensure confidentiality throughout the hiring process.
