TPF Recruitment, Kent's leading accountancy practice recruitment agency, is partnering with a renowned firm of chartered accountants in Maidstone to recruit an Accountancy Practice Client Manager.This role offers a blend of tax and accounts work within a general practice setting, alongside management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Accounts & Tax Manager eager to join a growing team with excellent career prospects and broad client exposure. The firm serves clients across various industries, sectors, and sizes, providing a diverse and engaging workload.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and finalise accounts for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships.Produce and finalise management accounts.Prepare and complete personal tax computations and returns.Advise clients on financial and taxation matters.Support VAT, payroll, and CIS processes as needed.Review work and provide guidance to junior team members.Conduct regular client meetings and maintain strong client relationships.This is an exceptional opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.RequirementsQualifications: Partially or fully qualified ACA, ACCA, AAT, or equivalent.Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an accountancy practice.Technical Knowledge: Proficient in bookkeeping, accounts preparation, and up-to-date with recent regulatory and technical changes.Software Skills: Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage.
