A quick look at the roleAs the Finance Systems Analyst, you will support the enhancement and maintenance of Biffa’s ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations). You will assist in system configuration, testing, and upgrades, while contributing to data integration, analytics, and finance processes. .Your core responsibilities Support functional experts across finance modules (P2P, S2C, Fixed Assets, Leases, R2R). Assist in day-to-day finance system operations in line with service design and SLAs. Help troubleshoot functional issues and support resolution. Collaborate with IT and configuration teams to optimize system performance. Support system upgrades, implementations, and patch testing. Maintain documentation for system configurations and processes. Work with the Finance System Accountant and BI Analytics team to support data management practices. Help ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems. Assist in maintaining the Finance Business Glossary and communicating updates. Support data analysis to enhance financial insights. Contribute to dashboards and reports using Power BI and related tools. .Our essential requirements Basic understanding of ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/AX2012 Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) Awareness of SQL Server, Azure, and Office 365 is desirable Exposure to data migration, system integration, or testing .Biffa – we’re changing the way people think about wasteAt Biffa, we love working with waste.
