We are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work across a range of primary, secondary, and SEN schools across Bridgend and the Vlae of Glamorgan. Whether you’re experienced in classroom settings or have a strong background working with children in other environments (e.g., youth work, coaching, care), we want to hear from you! What We’re Looking For: General Classroom Support: We're particularly keen to find LSAs for general classroom support roles. Experience is desirable, but not essential – a proactive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for working with children is just as important.SEN Support: (optional, not essential) We work closely with a number of SEN schools who regularly require cover. These roles offer a rewarding opportunity to support children with additional learning needs.Temp-to-Perm Potential: For the right candidates, there is the potential for temporary positions to become permanent, especially within our SEN partner schools.
