Job Title: KS2 SEN Outreach Tutor Location: East of England, Essex, TilburyJob Type: Temporary, Part-Time hoursPrimary Industry: Education and TrainingSalary: £25 - £30 Per hourJob Duties: Provide tailored support and guidance to Key Stage 2 (KS2) students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in an outreach settingDevelop and implement individualised learning plans to meet the specific needs of each studentDeliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning stylesAssess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordinglyCollaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Experience working with SEN studentsKnowledge of the KS2 curriculum Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related fieldExperience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with SEN studentsKnowledge and Skills: Understanding of different learning needs and strategies to support SEN studentsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to adapt teaching methods to accommodate individual student requirements Preferred Qualifications: Additional training or certification in Special Educational NeedsExperience with outreach or home-based tutoring Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, flexible scheduleWork in various locations within the East of England, Essex area (learners homes, local libraries)Collaboration with educational professionals and parents All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
