Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present food to agreed standards. Assist with stock control, ordering, and budget management. Maintain up-to-date product and menu knowledge. Ensure portion control and consistent food quality. Comply with all health & safety and food safety regulations. What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen. NVQ or City & Guilds Chef qualifications. Basic Food Hygiene Certificate. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
