Their continued growth is driven by both client referrals and organic development, creating an exciting opportunity for a qualified accounting professional to join their expanding team.We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent) with post-qualification experience, who is ready to step into a pivotal Accounts Manager or Client Manager position. The successful candidate will take ownership of a varied portfolio of clients, offering a proactive and hands-on service, and acting as a trusted advisor in all areas of accountancy and business support.Key Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of clients across various sectors, acting as the main point of contactOversee the preparation and review of statutory accounts and tax computationsSupervise and support junior team members, providing mentorship and technical guidanceMaintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for added-value servicesCollaborate with senior leadership on client strategy and service deliveryRequirementsCandidate Profile:ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with solid post-qualification experienceBackground within a UK accountancy practiceConfident managing client relationships and providing strategic adviceStrong technical knowledge and a collaborative, hands-on approachPrevious experience managing or mentoring staff is desirableBenefitsBenefits:Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £60,000, depending on experienceModern, forward-thinking working environmentHybrid working model – 2 days per week from homeClear progression opportunities and a supportive leadership teamAccess to a broad client base and high-quality workThis is an excellent opportunity for a career-driven accountant to join a prestigious firm that combines local strength with national presence.
