We are always seeking to be the best at what we do and make our customers smile.This role will play a key part in supporting ongoing system and process integration following our recent acquisition by Visa.Responsibilities:Oversight and management of the Accounts Payable function, includingReceiving invoices, coding and posting to the accounting systemBi-weekly payment runs, through from preparation, sign off to making payments.Reconciliation of paid invoices on accounting systemAssisting with Month End Reporting to include:Monthly Accruals Journal basedCreditors Ledger ReconciliationAssisting with transition of supplier data to new systemsGeneral ad hoc finance administration duties as required.This is a hybrid position, with the expectation of 3 days in the Cambridge office per week.
