Our client is a long established and well-known, mid-sized Firm that has a full-service offering and a young and dynamic Partnership who are particularly entrepreneurial and commercially astute. They have suffered the recent Covid pandemic remarkably well and recorded some of their best figures in their history. As a result, they are looking to leverage off the fluidity of the legal market to bring in Partners from larger City-based or West-end practices, perhaps those who are slightly jaded from the cut and thrust and political upheaval within such Firms, to help take them forward as they continue their succession planning and looking to boost their directory rankings. They have a strong PEP and are prudently managed so they carry no debt. They are not averse to bringing Partners straight into the equity or even potentially onto the board should the financial metrics of their practice and previous experience merit that. This is a great opportunity to help a fast-growing and forward thinking Firm to forge ahead with their ambitious plans. They would look at Partners working in Corporate/Commercial, Commercial Property, Residential Property, Commercial Litigation, Finance, Private Wealth and Insolvency. **Following of a minimum of c.£200,000** would be considered for Partner roles at this Firm.
