Neos Talent is exclusively partnering with a high-growth, independent consulting firm to appoint a Partner to lead its UK Transaction Advisory Services practice, with a focus on Financial Due Diligence (FDD). Backed by a global platform and proven track record of success across the US and Europe, our client combines deep technical excellence with an agile, conflict-free delivery model. With an impressive roster of private equity and corporate clients, they are now building out their UK leadership team to support continued demand in the deals space. The Opportunity As a Partner, you will: Lead complex buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements Be a trusted advisor to leading PE funds and corporates across a range of sectors Drive business development and client growth initiatives Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and high-impact culture Collaborate with technical specialists across accounting, tax and valuation Play a strategic role in shaping the UK practice and long-term growth What We’re Looking For 15+ years in Transaction Services / FDD, ideally from a Big 4 or top-tier advisory background Deep expertise in UK GAAP, IFRS, and commercial deal structuring A track record of winning and delivering mandates in the UK PE and M&A market Qualified accountant – ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) Proven leadership capability and a passion for developing talent Strong presence in the mid-to-upper market deal ecosystem Why This Firm?
