Setting Out Engineer Location: Co. Meath Salary: €50,000 - €65,000 + Vehicle + Fuel Project: 90+ Unit Residential Development Company: Building Main Contractor Overview: A well-established Irish Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Setting Out Engineer for a 90+ unit residential development in Navan. The project is progressing steadily and offers the opportunity to be involved from a pivotal stage. You’ll be working as part of a strong site team with excellent resources and support. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Engineer to take a hands-on role on a long-term project with a company that supports professional growth and progression. Key Responsibilities:Perform accurate setting out and surveying using GPS and Total Station.Liaise with the Senior Engineer, Site Manager, and subcontractors to ensure the works are carried out in line with the construction drawings.Maintain and update records of site measurements, as-builts, and technical data.Monitor site levels and ensure all works comply with the design and specifications. Requirements:Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role in Ireland.Strong skills in Total Station, GPS, and setting out equipment.A solid understanding of construction drawings and technical documents.
