This is a service for adults with complex care needs including people with learning disabilitiesThe service offers different types of accommodation including single occupancy bungalows and independent flats.We are looking for someone with a real passion for care, ensuring your clients have the best possible support, and you also have an ability to create a supportive, constructive environment for your staff team. You will have excellent knowledge of CQC standards, and be committed to delivering the best possible person-centred care.The organisation have an excellent working environment, with a great support network from senior management and regional support, with training, bonus schemes in place and recognition for effort and results.
