What we doActivate Intelligence is an applied-AI studio based in the UK. We partner with teams under delivery pressure—often in communications, marketing ops, and customer operations—to design agents that handle specific, repeatable tasks. We focus on clear KPIs, fast iteration, and integrations that work inside existing systems.We design and run AI agents that plug into real workflows. We start with a 3-month research sprint (£15-25k) to study the problem and design agent solutions. Then we keep those agents running on a monthly subscription (typically low-thousands per agent, depending on scope and volume). Your missionOwn pipeline and deals for both motions: sell research sprints and convert them into agent subscriptions. What you’ll doTarget, book, and run discovery; sell 3-month research sprints with clear KPIs, data access, risks, and timeline.Turn research into scoped proposals and drive conversion to agent MRR.Build a light partner assist (SIs, industry/content partners, marketplaces) to open doors.Keep CRM clean, forecast weekly, and share crisp market signals with product.Help capture case studies (starting with Comms/Marketing Ops).What you bring3–7+ years selling B2B SaaS/services or AI/automation projects.Evidence of sourcing and closing net-new business; strong discovery and objection handling.Comfortable selling v1 → scale, collaborating with engineers and content.Bonus: comms/marketing ops buyers, multilingual brands, marketplace co-sell.Success in your first 90 days4 research sprints sold (avg. £6–7k).≥2 conversions to subscriptions (typical £3–6k MRR per account, based on number of agents).1 public case study; 1 partner co-sell in flight.How we’ll measure you (ongoing)Research: sprints/quarter, ASP, win rate.Conversion: Sprint→Agent %, MRR added/month, time-to-go-live.Pipeline: SQLs/month, outbound efficiency, forecast accuracy.Retention/Expansion: net MRR (upgrades minus churn/downgrades).CompensationOTE: £100k (Base £50k + Variable target £50k).Commission on both motions:Research: 10% of fee (paid on invoice).Agents: 8% of first 12 months’ MRR on sourced deals (4% if influenced).Accelerators: +50% payout above 120% of quarterly quota.Equity; tools budget; remote-friendly with periodic London meet-ups.How to applyTwo short notes:Your best sourced-and-closed deal and why it worked.Two accounts you’d target for our comms agents + a 5–7 line first-touch email.Optional: a real outbound email you’d send for us.Equal OpportunityWe welcome diverse perspectives and non-linear careers.
