Job Title: Teaching Assistant Location: Welling, Greater London, EnglandJob Type: Contract, Full-TimeSalary: £89 - £100 Per day (PAYE)Primary Industry: Education and TrainingJob Description: As a Teaching Assistant based in Welling, you will be responsible for supporting teachers in the classroom and helping students with their educational and social development. Your duties will include but are not limited to:Job Duties: Assisting teachers with lesson preparationSupporting individual students or small groups with learning activitiesHelping to create a positive and inclusive learning environmentProviding feedback to teachers on student progressAssisting with classroom management Required Qualifications: GCSEs or equivalent in English and MathsRelevant teaching assistant qualification or experience Education: Minimum of GCSEs or equivalentExperience: Prior experience as a teaching assistant is preferredKnowledge and Skills: Understanding of educational principles and practisesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamPatience and empathy when working with students Working Conditions: You will be working in a school environment, following school hours and term dates.
