Junior Maintenance Engineer (Machinery) £29,000 - £31,000 + Overtime OTE 40k + 4 Days a Week + 25 Days Holiday + Benefits Thurmaston Are you a Junior/Trainee Maintenance Engineer from a mechanical or electrical background, looking to join a long-standing company who will invest in your future, offering ongoing in-house training on niche machinery and clear routes to progress to Management within a few years? In this workshop-based role you will be performing mechanical and electrical maintenance on a range of CNC machinery. This will mostly be planned with some reactive, working on 30 machines along with any other equipment in the workshop. You will gain full support from the Maintenance Manager, along with machine tool manufacturer training given to bolster your skill set.
