Lettings Negotiator – Leighton BuzzardA lettings negotiator is responsible for connecting landlords with tenants, managing rental agreements, and ensuring a smooth rental process.Key Responsibilities Finding Tenants: Advertise properties, arrange viewings, and conduct property tours for potential tenants.Negotiating Rental Agreements: Ensure fair terms for both landlords and tenants, and handle negotiations regarding rental prices and conditions.Managing Applications: Process tenancy applications, including conducting reference and credit checks, and preparing necessary documentation.Providing Market Advice: Assist landlords in setting competitive rental prices based on market trends and property conditions.Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing queries from both landlords and tenants promptly and professionally.Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as diary management, documentation preparation, and compliance with legal regulations.
