Maintenance Engineer. Location: Southall, West London. Salary: £42,000 p/a (+ Bonus, Benefits). Hours: Monday to Friday, days. Employment Type: Permanent, full-time. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established site in Southall. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of a range of building and engineering systems. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out routine planned maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems.Responding to breakdowns and resolving faults in a timely manner.Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and internal procedures.Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives on site.Maintaining accurate maintenance records and reporting any issues to the relevant stakeholders. Candidate Requirements: Recognised engineering qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds) in a mechanical or electrical discipline.Proven experience in a maintenance role within a facilities, estates or manufacturing environment.Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.Strong communication and organisational abilities.
