Higher Level Teaching Assistant Required (Woking):Contract: Term time, temporary contract (linked to funding for a specific child)Start Date: 1st September 2025Pay: £100-110/day (based on 6.5 working hours)Hours: 16.25 hours a week (working pattern TBC) Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit a part-time HLTA. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in school with children with complex and severe learning difficulties and ASD. You will be willing to undertake appropriate training, under the supervision of an external ABA consultant, to support a pupil’s intensive behaviour programme (Applied Behaviour Analysis – ABA).You will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning, attending meetings, liaising with professionals, preparing resources, recording detailed observations and behaviour data, and contributing to a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
