About the role:We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team at NLPatent. In this role, you will be responsible for designing delightful user experiences and delivering high-quality design solutions that meet the needs of our users and business objectives. We're looking for someone who thinks about product design both from the Visual/UI/UX side as well as the non-visual side like systems design.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and key stakeholders to ensure a cohesive product vision and execution.This role is a hybrid role that requires 3 days/week in the office.Requirements 5+ years of experience in product design Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and impact of design solutions Proficiency in with Figma Experience with user research and usability testing Strong understanding of product design principles and best practices Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Bonus points for: Experience in designing for SaaS platforms Familiarity with Agile methodologies Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development Experience with data-driven design approaches Experience designing agentic interfaces or working with language model driven products Benefits Pension Plans Work From Home Training & Development Stock Option Plan
