Have you supported staff in a business setting to share your technical knowledge and skills?Primary Goal have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated Digital Coach/Trainer who is passionate about supporting apprentices on their learning journey through our Digital Champions programme. The successful applicant will be supporting School and business Staff, including leaders, teachers and admin/support staff throughout their apprenticeship to achieve their goals as part of digital transformation within their workplaces.As we continue to grow, we are keen to appoint an experienced team member who is looking for a progressive company and to bring fresh ideas to our team. If you have a passion for digital transformation, we would love to hear from you.Essential knowledge & skills:Experience of working within Schools, FE or HEExperience of supporting staff in businesses with technical knowledgeTeaching, coaching or training experience.Experience of using School MIS Systems for administrative and reporting functionsExperience of working with school leadership to achieve staff digital training and upskilling Experience of using technologies to improve workload efficiencies and performanceDemonstrable knowledge or practical experience of digital transformation in schools or businesses.Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines.Experience in offering information, advice and guidance.A keen eye for detail with a focus on quality and compliance.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with learners, employers and colleagues.Desirable knowledge & skills:Coaching/Assessor/Teaching qualification(s).Excellent knowledge of Google and Microsoft education platforms and workspace/365 ApplicationsExperience of school leadership, administration and educationUnderstanding of school payment systemsGood understanding and experience of using Education MIS Systems (Arbor, Bromcom, SIMS)MS, Google, AI, Apple, Cisco, CompTIA Technical qualification(s).An understanding of apprenticeship standards Experience of using digital applications in a school setting such as A.I tools, automation, productivity software and school support applications.
