We are seeking an experienced and reliable Facilities Assistant to provide flexible support to a client in Paddock Wood. We are looking for someone who is confident managing the day-to-day maintenance and operations of the premises. Please note there is a shift pattern in the hours between 8am to 8pm. Key Responsibilities:Opening and closing the school premisesGeneral maintenance and repairsHealth and safety checksSite securitySupporting contractors and deliveriesEnsuring cleanliness and upkeep of the school groundsAssisting with room setups and events as neededRequirements:Proven experience working as a facilities assistant in a school or similar environmentStrong understanding of health and safety proceduresGood practical skills and problem-solving abilityEnhanced DBS registered on the Update Service is essential for the role If you know someone suitable for this role, share the word and through our referral scheme receive up to £250!
