Our client is a leading global HVAC manufacturer looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager to develop relationships with consultants and contractors across Manchester and the wider North West region.This role involves promoting a comprehensive range of HVAC solutions, including air handling units, chillers, fans, close control systems, and fan coil units, into valuable commercial, healthcare, education, and data centre projects.You will be required to take ownership of a regional sales territory with annual targets exceeding £1.5M and manage projects with typical order values between £20k and £300k and a sales cycles of 6–18 months.RequirementsStrong technical understanding of HVAC systems including AHUs, fans, chillers, heat pumps, FCUs, and air diffusion/distribution systems Proven track record in field-based sales via contractors and consultants, or technical sales experience within the built environment Experience specifying HVAC equipment into varied projects such as commercial buildings, hospitals, schools, and data centresBenefits£50,000-£65,000 base salaryCompany carPension contributions25 days holiday excl. national holidays+ Additional Benefits
