Bar Manager - The Bar Manager is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the bar and its team, ensuring an exceptional experience for both staff and guests This role requires creating a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment while maintaining the highest standards of service. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire the bar team, setting a positive example and fostering a collaborative work environment. Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and licensing policies. Maintain and elevate service quality to meet and exceed MAYA standards. Demonstrate creativity and expertise in wines, cocktails, and other beverages, contributing to a unique guest experience. Oversee bar inventory management, ensuring stock levels are maintained and accurate. Monitor financial performance, including P&L, and implement strategies to optimize revenue and control costs. Requirements: Proven experience in bar management with strong leadership skills. Deep knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and bar operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
