Our long-standing client has an urgent requirement for a junior / mid-level solicitor to support a delightful partner with their busy practice. Based in a prime West End location, this firm has a loyal client base and history especially in the real estate and entrepreneur sphere. Their Corporate Commercial partner is extremely busy and turning work away, so is recruiting for a capable associate with a good range of mid-market experience and strong client skills. Work will likely include, for example: Drafting and restructuring of shareholder agreements Acquisition and sale of shares in property holding companies Offshore/onshore transactions, representing owners and purchasers Facility agreements Security agreements We are therefore looking for a candidate with a good understanding of commercial contracts in small and mid-sized businesses as well as transactional M&A and finance. Candidates are likely to have experience in a high quality small or mid-sized firm, where you will have had a good range of hands-on experience acting for a range of SME and individual clients.
