From days at the nearby beach to trips out for meals or the theatre, there’s a lively social calendar that reflects the interests of the people living there.The Role:As Registered Service Manager, you will:Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver person-centred, high-quality care.Enable individuals to live fulfilling lives and achieve their goals with the right balance of support and independence.Ensure the well-being, development, and engagement of your team, providing them with the tools and opportunities to succeed.Oversee the safe, efficient, and compliant running of the service in line with CQC standards.Manage budgets, financial performance, and resources effectively.Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement across the service.This role requires CQC registration.About You:To succeed, you’ll bring:Significant experience working with people with learning disabilities or complex behaviours.Experience as a Deputy Manager, ready for the next step, or as an existing Service Manager seeking a new challenge.A minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (support available for progression to Level 4/5).
