You’ll be supporting pupils with autism and complex needs in a structured, supportive environment that really values its staff.What the role involves: Providing 1:1 and small group support in and out of classHelping pupils manage emotions, build confidence, and access learningWorking with a team of experienced staff including therapists and SENCOSupporting pupils with sensory regulation, communication, and daily routines What we’re looking for: Experience with SEND, especially Autism, SEMH, or non-verbal communicationSomeone calm, patient, and consistent—children notice!A team player who’s open to learning and mucking inThrive trained?
