Personal Injury Solicitor (3+ years')A busy and well-respected Personal Injury team in Edinburgh is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate part-time Solicitor (min 3 days) to join its pursuer Personal Injury team. The role offers a mix of office and home working, with a supportive team environment and the chance to manage a varied case load.You will handle their own litigated and non-litigated personal injury and insurance cases, providing clear and strategic advice to clients. Responsibilities include: Drafting legal documents and taking statementsGathering and assessing evidenceCoordinating expert witnesses and instructing counselConducting advocacy in Sheriff Court hearingsSupporting junior team members and assisting with trainingContributing to business development and strategic planning Experience & SkillsApplicants should have experience handling RTA, public liability and occupier liability claims from CPAP through to Proof. Clinical negligence experience is desirable, but not essential. Strong advocacy experience in litigated personal injury cases, excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are key.
