Complex Injury - Birmingham Catastrophic Injury Solicitor – Associate / Senior Associate We are keen to speak with qualified solicitors or legal executives who are looking to progress their complex injury career. This opportunity offers exposure to high-value, technically intricate cases, with genuine scope for progression, leadership, and professional development. Location: Birmingham Working pattern: Hybrid Salary: Up to £66,000 (Dependent on Experience) Level: Solicitor or Legal Executive (1+ PQE) What to expect The work undertaken by the team is hugely varied. It is impossible to give an exhaustive list, but as a guide, the work will require you to: Lead and manage catastrophic injury claims, including RTA, EL & PL matters Draft pleadings and represent clients at JSMs, mediations and court hearings Collaborate closely with experts, counsel and top-tier insurer clients Contribute to strategy across brain, spinal, amputation and fatal injury cases Mentor junior colleagues and enhance your leadership profile Candidates with strong complex injury experience preferred The department welcomes applications from those with strong complex injury backgrounds, including claimant and defendant experience: Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1+ years’ PQE Experience in personal injury litigation (defendant preferred but not essential) Excellent drafting and strategic skills Strong communication and client-handling capabilities Committed to growing within a high-calibre catastrophic injury team What’s on offer This is a nationally respected, award-winning complex injury department.
