We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join a dynamic international project in the e-commerce space, supporting users in resolving issues related to purchases and disputes. What You’ll Do: Handle customer queries via phone and email Support users with cases where items are not received, arrive damaged, or where sellers are uncooperative Assist with dispute resolutions and appeals Provide high-quality service while following internal policies and procedures Work confidently with internal systems (basic English required for internal tools) Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 23:00 Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 – 21:00 What We Offer: Monthly Gross Salary: 2,300 BGN Bonuses: 300 BGN gross monthly attendance bonus (after training) 10% quality performance bonus (starting from the 4th month) Signing Bonus totaling 1,800 EUR gross: Month 1: €500 Month 2: €250 Month 3: €250 Month 4: €400 Month 6: €400 Requirements: Fluent German (C1) – written and spoken Basic English (A1/A2) – to navigate internal systems Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required
