Over 10 years' experience in procurement, including strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier management. Proven ability to lead teams in a global or matrix environment. Strong knowledge of procurement systems and end-to-end processes. Agile mindset with experience in change management and business transformation. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Business-level fluency in English. The Role: Lead the global Category Management capability within Procurement Delivery, driving alignment with strategic objectives and digital initiatives. Define and embed a framework for Category Management, ensuring consistent methodology and best practice application across global teams. Partner with procurement managers and stakeholders to create and implement innovative category strategies. Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance, training, and content to strengthen procurement capability. Deliver process improvements, automation, and change management initiatives to enhance adoption and efficiency. Support continuous improvement projects and coach colleagues to achieve best-in-class procurement outcomes.
