HGV/LGV Class 1 Tramper Driver – Felixstowe Our client, a well-established transport company based in Felixstowe, Suffolk, is looking for experienced HGV/LGV Class 1 Tramper Drivers to join their team. The RoleNationwide container transportation from major UK ports, including Felixstowe, London Gateway, Tilbury, Southampton, Bristol, Liverpool, and Grangemouth.Operating container tipping chassis (40ft & 20ft), low loaders, and refrigerated cargo transport.Tramping Monday to Friday nights – all vehicles are fully equipped for nights out.Weekend and night deliveries may be required.Some vehicles are fitted with camera systems instead of wing mirrors – experience with this technology is advantageous.RequirementsValid HGV/LGV Class 1 licenceRhides card and London Gateway card (essential)Current Driver CPC and Digi CardMinimum 6 months’ Class 1 driving experienceNo DD, DR or IN endorsementsWhat’s on OfferModern, well-maintained fleet of trucks and trailersProfessional and supportive working environmentPotential to progress into a permanent role Location: Felixstowe, Suffolk Hours: Monday to Friday (Nights Out) Competitive pay – details on application
