This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact, supporting pupils with additional needs to grow in confidence, independence, and learning. What you’ll be doing: Providing 1:1 and small group support for children with SEND (autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs) Working closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to create a safe, supportive environment Helping pupils engage with learning through encouragement, structure, and care Bringing patience, positivity, and empathy to every school day What we’re looking for: Experience working with children or young people with SEND (school, care, or youth settings) A calm, resilient approach in challenging situations Strong teamwork and communication skills A genuine passion for helping every child reach their potential Why join Protocol Education?
