Company Secretarial ManagerI’m partnering with a well-respected professional services firm that’s looking to welcome a Company Secretarial Manager into its dynamic and supportive Statutory team. This full-time position is based in its London office, with hybrid working (1–2 days on-site after a three-month probation). You'll handle a broad range of company secretarial duties, particularly involving Diligent Entities (Blueprint). Key Responsibilities: Manage statutory compliance and company lifecycle eventsCommunicate effectively with clients, intermediaries and internal stakeholdersEnsure governance best practices are upheld across client portfoliosMentor junior team members and support business development initiativesKeep up to date with regulatory and legal changes Key Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in UK company secretarial workCGIUKI qualified or working towards qualificationStrong grasp of the Companies Act, PSC requirements and upcoming changesConfident user of Diligent Entities and Microsoft OfficeOrganised, detail-focused and comfortable in client-facing roles Hybrid Working: After a structured induction, you’ll benefit from a flexible working model with 1–2 days per week in the London office.If you’re a company secretarial professional looking for your next step in a progressive, people-focused firm, get in touch to find out more.
